Example there was an older gentleman in the waiting room with me with a bmw when his service was done they brought him the paperwork explained everything to him and then escorted him to get his vechile, the lady that did mine came out after my vechile had been sitting ready for a while and said your ready no come with me, no nothing followed and they were very curt." 3.0"I had to call to make a Sat. appointment because I cannot make a Sat. appointment via the web as the service advisors insist I can. I wanted some side scuttles installed and asked the woman who made my service appointment about availability of the parts. No one checked with parts so when I arrived to drop off my car, no one had any idea I wanted to get side scuttles and of course the graphic I wanted was out of stock. If some one would have told me before I brought my car in, I would have checked with parts and ordered the part. Since I live three hours away from any MINI dealership, I was very disappointed I could not get the side scuttles installed. I will have to wait until my next visit which will be in 6-9 months." 5.0"I scheduled my first oil change for my Mini Cooper S a few day before and the service department confirmed my appointment by email that afternoon. I was going to wait on the service, but i discovered that the dealer provide a shuttle service which I took advantage of. They dropped me off at work downtown and agreed to call me for pickup when my car was ready. I also requested a rotation and balance for the tires which took a bit longer than I thought, but it didn't matter since I didn't have to stay and wait. The car was ready about the time they said it would be and i was picked from work as promised. The car was washed and ready when I arrived at the dealership. Everyone was very pleasant and professional for my first service appointment. My only surprise was when the service technician informed me when I brought the car in that the tire rotation and balance was not covered by the service agreement.
